Brief Answer:
Budesonide is safe in babies

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bedesonide nebulization is safe in neonates and one month old baby.
However, it is indicated for asthma and recurrent respiratory difficulties, or difficult breathing.
If there is severe congestion and baby is unable to breathe properly, is crying repeatedly, not able to breast feed, then you should nebulize the baby for relief.
It is safe.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
