Question: can you tell me the condition and treatment of this.had it for many years.

I have read the query
Now the image is slightly blurred
But then I think its the nail issue you have
It looks like a fungal infection
The blackish white nature is almost typical of the fungal infection

You have said the lesion is for 3 years.
i am also assuming that you have had no treatment for the same.
Not from a dermatologist at least

I will suggest a course of fluconazole cream and tablet
