I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. There are mainly two possibilities. It may be muscular pain. treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Second possibility is neuropathy as you also feel numbness. Analgesic such as ibuprofen and neurotropic agent such as Mecobalamine is helpful. You can investigate it by thyroid function test( T3, T4 and TSH) , Vitamin D test, vitamin B12 test and blood sugar test to know its cause of neuropathy as thyroid disease, diabetes and vitamin deficiencies are main possible causes.
