Brief Answer:
Please apply muscle relaxants

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail. Its likely that you are having muscular pain in your legs after all the shopping and walking you did yesterday. This happened because you are not used to walking much on a regular basis.

There is no need to worry. While tylenol is a good pain killer, i would suggest you to gently apply an over the counter ointment containing muscle relaxants on the painful areas. Some of the commonly given muscle relaxants are
Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril)
Tizanidine (Zanaflex)
Baclofen (Lioresal)
Carisoprodol (Soma)

You may contact a pharmacy near you for available over the counter muscle relaxants. It may take a couple of days for you to get back to normal.

Wishing you good health.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any further doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
