Brief Answer:
Steps for spasm

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Congratulations your pregnancy.
I am sorry to hear about the recent neck muscle spasm. You can follow this order to help relieve the symptoms
1) Mild massage of the muscles with oil
2) Hot bag over the muscles for at least four to 5 times a day
3) Apply VOLINI gel over the painful muscles and put the hot bag.
4) Anti spasm sprays are available these days like RELISPRAY
5) If any of the above does not help you can take DOLO 650mg as a safe alternative to most analgesics even during pregnancy.

Hope you get over it soon.
