I have completely reviewed your health query, and can well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

In the start of physical activity it is normal to have muscles pain and stiffness. But this should go away after a continuous running of almost 5-7days as muscles become acclimatized and toned up properly. For these days it is good to go with Movex.

Another reason for early exhaustion and muscles pain is the loss of fluids from body due to strenuous exercise as you are doing. For that, if you keep an adequate water intake and also take some Oral rehydration solution like Pedialyte, you will feel energetic and also will feel less pain episodes. Muscles need energy and nutrients and for that you need to keep a proper supply for that.

Also keep a balanced and healthy diet. This is necessary for vital nutrients to be supplied to the muscles. Proper rest is also necessary for muscles to get relaxation. Lactic acid is the metabolite that accumulates in muscles when you run and it take some time to flush away from there. Massage is effective for muscles to regain optimal work potential after exercise.

Stretching exercises and warming up before running (sprint) is the key to stamina and less fatigue.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with my expert opinion.
