Question: I have a pain on my right oblique side when I stand up mostly. Sometimes when I sit in a particular way on the couch but primarily only when I stand or am active. No other symptoms other than a slight pain or mild discomfort. Just wanted to know possible diagnosis'

Well looking into your problem it seems like it could be a possible muscle sprain that it comes in only one position when the muscle is stretched but nothing can be said with confidence without examining you .
