Brief Answer:
Your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorder (including myocardial ischemia).

You should know that chest pain that is modulated by body movements is usually related to ectracardiac causes (musculoskeletal pain or inflammation like chostocondritis).

I am sure that your stress test will result normal. So relax and do not worry about it!

I would also recommend performing some other tests for inflammation:

- a chest X ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation.

Meanwhile, I would recommend taking ibuprofen alone or coupled with acetaminophen 3 times daily to help you with the pain.

Physical activity like aerobics, Yoga, recreational sports or stretching exercises can help you increase your physical performance and avoid these episodes in the future. You should keep in mind that physical activity is also good for your heart!

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask me again, whenever you nee!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
