Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Muscle spasm in hip and thigh region may be due to local inflammation or joint pathology. Evaluation is required. Blood CPK, counts needs to be done. X-ray of pelvis and thigh region with ultrasound should be done too. Steroids may be given in supervision.

Prednisone may lead to increase in blood pressure but can be used for short duration if required. Muscle relaxants like tolperisone, tizanidine or thiocholchicoside can be used.

Brief Answer:
Get an appointment of a neurologist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

You need examination and evaluation by a neurologist if there is hearing loss, balance difficulty and headache. You should try an appointment with some other hospital or neurologist. Brain imaging may be required if examination reveals something significant. Try to describe about amount if vision abnormalities.
