Question: I have had muscle cramps from my neck down to my right elbow for a week. X-rays showed no fracture. Dr put me on muscle relaxers and 800mg Motrin 3x a day... a week ago. Had three chiropractor adjustments this weeks... top three ribs on right side were out of place....have been icing shoulder, neck and arm approx. 20 minutes every waking hour....should I switch to heat? Have not taken muscle relaxer sinc8am... starting to feel muscles tighten
