Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your history, workup is needed to confirm the clinical suspicion of probable hypocalcemia, vascular cause. Serum calcium, CPK (Creatinine phosphokinase ), serum Uric acid and Doppler ultrasound of both lower limbs can be advised. Empirically, NSAIDs like naproxen along with muscle relaxants such as tizanidine can be given. If the response is adequate then it can be related to musculoskeletal spasm / cramps and there would be no further need of any extensive workup.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
