Brief Answer:
Muscle bulk needs to be examined for

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Fluid at the bottom of feet or in the area of ankle is not normal. It's absence means that your feet are normal. Lack of muscle bulk at the bottom of feet needs to be examined. If there is wasting associated with muscle weakness then further work up to determine the cause would be required. Doppler ultrasound of the lower limbs and nerve conduction studies/Electromyography may also be advised in consult with your doctor.
