Brief Answer:
Computer Fatigue syndrome and/or Vit D deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you are computer user you must check if the muscles are fatigue because of improper use of key pad or not following the ergonomics including regular physical activity.

The other could be Vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency. You should get the Serum Cholecalciferol levels tested at an NABL certified lab.

The sleepless nights can be reduced if can address the underlying problem. If you see an Orthopedic surgeon he can help you with sleep medication along with diagnosis of problem. For now I advice you to do hot fomentation and apply VOLINI gel before you go to sleep.

Hope this helps.
