Question: Hi I have developed multiple mouth ulcers on upper lips and on upper wall of mouth.The upper lip has swollen.I am applying Triamcinolone acetonide.The swelling remains and looks odd.

I am taking Azithromycin for throat infection and cough.I am attaching the image the upper lip is swollen and I cant go out with it.Please advice how to reduce the swelling.

For cure, you should take gel containing Benzalkonium chloride and Choline Salicylate (easily available in XXXXXXX market as Zytee gel). In this bottle, add 4 tablets of Betnesol (the tablets should be made in powder form before mixing in the gel). Apply this mixture on your ulcers 3-4 times daily half an hour before meals for 5-7 days. Also take Folic acid 5mg tablets twice daily along with a probiotic (some easily available probiotics in XXXXXXX market are Enterogermina/Darolac/Nutrolin B plus, etc.). Avoid spicy foods. Drink lots of water daily.
I would also suggest that you should stop taking Azithromycin further.
