Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcer

Question: Hello I have had this small area on the roof of my mouth that looks like missing skin for a few days now. I don't remember eating anything that could have caused it but it isn't really getting any better. What does it look like and what should I do?

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you

Oint Metrohex dental gel 1 % w/v x 10g ( Dr Reddy)- twice daily ,
Syrup Vitomin Z twice daily &
Tab Limcee twice daily.

It will heal within 7 days.
