Brief Answer:
Honestly, I cannot pinpoint it!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is difficult to pinpoint this sore on the image. However, I will suggest that you stop using hydrogen peroxide for a while since this all started after using it. Also, hydrogen peroxide lacks fluoride needed for strong and healthy teeth which is present in toothpaste.

How the sore responds after stopping hydrogen peroxide will guide further action. If it responds, there may be no need for further action. if it doesn't, we will try to get it examined to make sure we are not missing out on anything. However, am positive that healing would be spontaneous.

Keep me posted. I wish you well.

I was afraid it was cancerous cause I ready if it didn't heal that could be what it is.. U had my mom to look at it she said it's pink looking and not to big. It's been the same size and sometimes burn if I rub it with the food when I eat......

Brief Answer:
Not Cancer!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This can;t be cancer. Cancers grow slowly over a long time. At 32 years, cancer of the mouth is very rare. There is no reason to panic just yet about this being cancer. Be relaxed and all will return to normal.

I wish you well.
