Brief Answer:
Fractured restoration, resorption, crown

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.

I have gone through your query.

As far your problem is concerned, it can be a dislodged access cavity filling. Or it can be a root resorption secondary to infection(reinfection). Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done and upload the images so that I can give you the exact treatment plan.
If it is just a fractured restoration, it can be restored with a crown.
If it is a root resorption, it has to be extracted.

Upload the images of the Tooth and Radiograph.

I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
