Suggest Treatment For Misaligned Testicles
Question: Somehow my testicles have become misaligned. One is farther back than the other. This has been the case for about 3 weeks. They seem to be red more often than not. You can see red/purple vessels on them especially after a shower. Dull pain comes and goes. I've never heard of testicles being misaligned like this. Do you have an idea of what could be going on here?

You seem to be suffering from orchitis, That is inflammation of testicles.
This is when they look misaligned.
As you are a healthy individual the cause in your case seems to be minor injury, it is not necessary that you may have noticed it,It is a very delicate part and small unnoticed injuries can also cause orchitis.
Other causes are 1. Sexually transmitted disease, it does not fit in your case.
2.Mumps,you have not given any history.
3.Urinary Tract infection,No history.
They all do not fit in your case,so we take it as a minor unnoticed injury.
In such type of cases I in my practice advice, Ice packs, but if are in a cool zone you should give it cold compress, can take mild analgesic anti inflammatory,
Like acetaminophen and Ibuprofen combination.
Give your scrotum some support they are available in counters.
Get your urine tested for any infection, If positive to be treated accordingly.
Usually course of the disease is about a week to ten days.
