Question: I got scratched on hand by my pet dog from nails, eight days before the dog is not vaccinated i didn't see any blood on my hands two lines and it desappeared few hours later. can this cause rabies?

Minor scratches/abrasions on skin without bleeding belongs to exposure category 2.
In this case, there is a small chance of transmission and WHO recommends immediate administration of vaccine and observation of the animal. If the animal remains healthy for a period of 10 days after exposure, treatment can be discontinued.

In your case, I would suggest to start vaccination schedule soon and immunize your pet.
