Brief Answer:
Dicyclomine and paracetamol can be taken for spastic pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Dicyclomine and paracetamol combination can be taken for stomach ache while diarrhea which is usually due to spasm.

When your diarrhea started?
Do you had food from outside? Especially foods like meat or eggs or seafoods?

Usual diarrhoea is self limiting and will subside within 3 days. Antibiotics won't be needed also. You need to take fluids and electrolytes according to loss. You can take ORS, tender coconut water, fruit juices etc. You can have rice with curd and bananas also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
