Brief Answer:
Mild lactose intolerance

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Passing stools semi loose 5 times a day, is mostly a viral infection, which is very common in this age.
The report you attached shows traces of reducing substances which is due to mild lactose intolerance.
Lactose intolerance is common after a viral illness, which means the enzyme to digest lactose in milk ( lactase ) is less than normal, as a result of infection. But this is usually a transient condition, which will improve in few days.
Don't worry, this will settle in few days.
Few tips
1. Try probiotics like bifilac twice daily.
2. ORS sips every few minutes , to help in re hydration.
3. Zinc as oral drops 0.5ml once daily for 10 days to help in faster recovery.

If stools increase , consult your pediatrician for lactose free milk ( usually may not be needed unless prolonged and severe )
Wishing your baby speedy recovery.
