I do have a slight cough and sometimes I get an aching pain in my left boob area. This past week I was in ER with left leg swelling they ruled out blood clot in my chest and leg.. but the ct scan mentioned suboptimal opacification of the pulmonary arteries and smaller segmental emboli cannot be excluded. can that be why I'm out of breathe?

Sorry for reconfirmation.
Honestly speaking, you are in very severe grade of obesity. I have calculated your BMI. It is 53.
This is very high.
Obesity itself can also cause breathing difficulty.
If PCOS is the cause for your weight gain then you must have hormonal imbalance.
So please let me know
