Brief Answer:
Gastric discomfort, Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. With pain epigastrium and mid abdomen and loss of appetite with normal bowel movements, indicate a gastric discomfort. Gastric inflammation like gastritis and acid reflux are two commonest possibilities.

I would like you to try some pepto, reduce beverages and alcohol , spices , sweets and eat small frequent meals and prefer peppermint and yogurt these are best natural probiotics and antispasmodics respectively.

If the problem persists talk to your gastroenterologist and let them decide what is best for you.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.
