Brief Answer:
Avoid triggers

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

If this is your first episode of Migraine. I suggest you to reduce the salt content for next few days. Also, avoid outside activities, bright light and TV.

If it is really migraine recurrent episodes occur only when exposed to specific triggers. It could be flashes of light, bright light, noise and cold foods etc. Avoid ones which you think can give an attack.

There are medications which can be used ad migraine prophylaxis but to advice them, one should be sure of diagnosis.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
