Brief Answer: precautions and medication will be helpful. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, I would like to advise that precautions along with medications will help you in relieving your symptoms. Following precautions will be helpful :- 1.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods. 2.Have adequate (7-8 hours) sleep. 3.Avoid mental and physical stress. 4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any. 5.Avoid milk products and chocolates. 6.Avoid food which contain MSG. You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen after meals along with Domperidone 30mg and an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg. Medicine like Flunarizine 10mg at night will help in preventing migraine headaches. This is a prescription drug and should be taken under medical supervision only. I would also suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Neurophysician. CT scan will help to rule out any other cause of your symptoms. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.
