Brief Answer:
You need to get neurological evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Migraines don't last that long, so, in my opinion, it is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist and likely by brain imaging ( MRI ) in order to understand better your condition.

Headaches that last weeks and dizziness may be related to brain conditions such infections, arteriovenous malformations, subarachnoidal hemorrhage etc.

If these conditions are excluded, you should be treated for your symptoms. Please note that analgesics can only provide temporary symptomatic relief, that's why it's necessary to get a proper neurological examination without any further delay in order to get the appropriate management.

Please discuss with your primary care Doctor about ordering consultations and imaging studies.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
