Question: Over night a cyst appeared in my boyfriends ball it can move around like a cyst it's the size of a marble it doesn't hurt him

It doesnt need to be treated unless there is rapid growth or pain or redness and inflammation which happens rarely. To confirm my diagnosis he should do ultrasound and do needle aspiration of this cyst if required.
