Brief Answer:
Some practical advices

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your question.
I understand your concern.

The most important thing to do in this situation are practical things that you like to do:
- Physical exercises- walking in nature, running, gardening.
- Reading books
- Listening to music
- Going out and talking with friends.

All this will help you as much as medicines do. Of course you should focus on what you like more doing.
The other 50% of the treatment are the medicines. They can help of course but you need to have close contact with your doctor until you find the medicine that works best for you.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
