Suggest Treatment For Lymphedemia
Question: My question is about Lymphedemia, which I have been diagnosed with recently. I have a decompression machine that I use three times a day for 1 hour each and wear compression hose which are very difficult to put on and take off but I know they are important. I was told by my vascular man that maintenance as I am doing is the only thing for ease but I am hopeful that there may be something else? The thing is that the great swelling diminishes for a short time after using the machine but within hours I swell up mightily again. Is there nothing that can be done? Appreciate a response.
