There are many causes of lymph node enlargement - infection, inflammation or neoplasm.
You can go ahead will ultrasound of the neck.
Besides ultrasound, you need to get an aspiration cytology of the enlargement lymph node.
Aspiration of lymph node will determine the nature of the enlarged lymph node.
Management can be planned once the nature of lymph node enlargement is known.
