Suggest Treatment For Lumps On The Chest

Question: I have a couple of lumps on my chest directly below my chin and it seems as though its coming from the bone not the skin. I've not injured this area at all and it is somewhat tender, and annoying. it started late yesterday. any ideas of what the cause is?

1. bump - size , exact no , consistency ( soft / hard ) , exact location ,
movement with hand possible or fixed , any change in overlying skin color ,
temperature noticing any black spot type in center of it
2. bump at any other area
3. itching , any discharge material coming
4. any other systemic problem like fever , recent change in weight , appetite
5. any other information you would like to share
6. if no objection a high resolution photograph of it would be of great help
