Brief Answer:
sublingual salivary gland

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,

I have seen the pic you uploaded.

You have a swollen sublingual salivary gland. Since you also have a mouth full of ulcers I think you have contracted an infection, most probably viral infection.

Do not worry , take an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen after checking the dose appropriate for you. The pain from the ulcers and pain from the swollen glands will come down with the pain killers.

Also you can do chlorhexidene mouth wash 3 times daily.

For the pain from the ulcers you can apply lignocaine based ointment 20 minutes before eating food.

If your symptoms do not subside or get worse quickly, then see a doctor because you may need a course of antibiotics.

Feel free to follow ,

Regards,
