Brief Answer:
I would not want that they conclude prematurely on TB and ignore cancer!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry so sorry to hear about this information and all the disturbing thoughts that this must have caused you.

I understand you do not want your testicle removed and that is totally understandable. However, I will not settle for a convenience approach and not pursue the necessary investigations to confirm or rule out the diagnosis of a possible cancer. Though the preliminaries ate in favor of Tb and would most likely end at that, we cannot stop at that that. Granulomas are not diagnostic of cancer. The can be found both in cancers and Tb and thus when we find them, we would continue to examine specimens under the microscope to understand what the exact nature of this is.

In all, I will recommend that we continue with the investigations. Granulomas are not conclusive of cancer and you would only get cancer treatment if the final results suggest so.

I hope this helps. If possible, upload an image also for review and more insights. If you have any further unanswered concerns, feel free to request for clarifications and more information.
