Question: Hi.

I have noticed what seem some under the skin lumps or possible warts
on the outer skin of my penis at the top third of my length not on the foreskin . They are not sore or causing any pain just look strange.. they are all in one place and not wide spread. When my penis Is erect they can not be seen. I was wondering if this was just age related or genital warts ?

I can't seem to find someone the option to upload any photos so please can you advise.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be sebaceous cysts. They are harmless.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details. Although an image should indeed have been helpful, I guess I would have to do without it and make an educated guess. It seems that you are talking about sebaceous glands of the skin of the penis. Often, the mouth of these glands gets obstructed and the secretions get collected inside forming what you are describing as 'warts' under the skin. Sometimes the secretions inside may get infected and antibiotic ointment may need to be applied, but otherwise nothing needs to be done about it.
Unless you indulge in high risk sexual behaviour, you need not worry about genital warts and STDs.
Regards
