Suggest Treatment For Lump On Chest
Question: Hi, I have a asymmetrical lump on my upper left center chest raised but more under skin with what looks like a cluster of smaller bumps that are more round and have tiny red dots in there center. My left arm pit has been swollen for about two months as well (around same time). Two days ago the swollen arm pit area formed a small pea sized red bump with a white head that Is now full of puss. Any ideas Doc?

Thanks for posting the images of the lesion.
After going through the images, I am of the opinion that the red coloured lesions which are pin head sized appear to be petechiae.
Petechiae are tiny round red-purple lesion caused due to low platelets or dysfunction of platelets.
Thus, I would advise a complete hemogram and peripheral blood smear to assess the status of platelets on peripheral blood smear.
One of the lesion is larger, has red periphery and a white centre.
This appears to be filled with pus and thus infectious in origin.
A swollen armpit can be due to lump in the arm pit.
Do you feel any lump in the armpit?
Whatever the case may be. you need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
