Question: i have a lump on middle part of my penis. it is not painful but everytime i masturbate it swells. i am kind of concerned in having sex right now because its visible. i am not in a good shape financially but is too concerned with a lump, when i feel it, its pea sized

Hi, there thanks for a quick answer. Last time i had sex it was about 1 year ago. I always use condom while having sex. What i remember is i was plucking out hair from my penis.Its been about 3 months since i notice it.

I have visualized the attached picture and feel this is simple papule and not indicative of any serious pathology. It may due to plucking of hair itself when the root of hair was erupted.

Only thing you need to do is stop worrying as it is likely to disappear over time.

Hi, when you said its a papule, i looked around for the defination and found out papule dont produce any pus but this pea size lump produce pus doctor.

With the additional information (pus) it is clear that it is result of plucking of hair which got infected producing pus.

Please buy a local antiseptic cream from pharmacy and apply it twice to the elevated area. In addition do not pinch or press it without any reason. The antiseptic should be applied after through cleaning of the lump.

Celexa is unscored tablet and difficult to break . Despite the difficulty in breaking the tablet, it can be used without loss of efficacy. Since the lowering down of dose is not permanent as there is good possibility of increasing back to 20 mg once her side effects are under control.

I like to make it clear that effective dose of Celexa is 10-40 mg for a adult person and sometime you need to go slow especially for underweight individuals.

Joint pain and muscle pain are commonly experienced with use of celexa but fortunately they are self limiting. It is possible that in last 24 hours her joint pain may have reduced. Even if it is not reduced there is good possibility of under control in next couple of days.
