Brief Answer:
This can be benign lesion as well as breast cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

What do you mean it changes colors? Is it superficial lump or deep lump? Can you attach a picture of it?

Breast lump can be a serious condition (breast cancer) as well as benign cyst. Its hard to tell not being able to perform basic tests. It is extremely important to have quick mammography and ultrasound done(lymph nodes should be checked as well). If any lump will be found, biopsy should be done.
Without this tests, no one is able to tell what exactly this lump is.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
