Question: Ok, there is a lump on my left breast that is under the skin, no visual marks seen but the same breast is leaking an off whitish watery substance...well was 2 weeks ago when doctor sqeezed nipple together. No substance could be expelled from my right breast. The lump is rather sore but subsides when massaging the breast. If I'm not pregnant than why am I producing this substance? The substance shown no signs of being infected. Other things I ve noticed is my forehead over recent months has become quite brown and patchy in appearance, started off small like a 5 cent coin but has since spread to about 4cms in diameter. And have noticed brown patches/spots have appeared on other parts of my face over the last week or so. About same time I ve noticed the lump in my left breast. The left breast is considerably larger in size and feels more dense. When I lay on my left side and my breast is pushing down the lump moves and a mass the size of a table tennis ball can be felt. Also for passed two years random brown spots that look like an acne scar but no acne has ever been present; those spots appear on my stomach and back. The spots are brown with an outer purple looking ring around each spot. I would also like to mention that my heart beat can be heard and seen pulsating from almost anywhere on body. Especially my stomach. Also some of these changes have come about when my blood pressure went from a lifetime of blood pressure also extremely low (60 and below mostly) to extremely high (160 to 180 top number). This change happened within days when my veins become very enlarged and very blue in colour. I had one cycle of clomid in April but had hormone tests in September and all is good except a high level of SHBG was recorded at 174. Everything else was in range. I have also noticed hair growing where its never grown before...my toes and feet and groin extends further to the leg! And no its not my Tyroid Gland etc as this is has been tested many times before and all is at a perfect level. Estrogen and tetesterone is again at perfect levels. Could you please offer your thoughts as to why all this could be happening? I want to have a child but legislation in XXXXXXX Australia makes me ineligible for IVF / Fertility assistance.

Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

I would like to make the following suggestions:
1. You should be checked for polycistic ovarian syndrome which is a common cause of infertility associated with abnormal SHBG levels, hirsutism (abnormal hair growth) and difficulty to conceive.

2. You should do a gynecological and breast ultrasound to exclude polycistic ovarian syndrome and breast problems.

3. You should eat regularly, because in a few cases your findings may be associated with anorexia nervosa. If you suffer from any form of anorexia you should contact a psychologist to deal with that. Anorexia may be one of the cases of infertility.

4. Can you upload all your test results to check them by myself?

5. Since you were found to be ineligible for IVF you may do the IVF abroad, when you may be found legible.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
