Brief Answer:
Tuberculosis and carcinoma need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Lump in the armpit along with fever and tiredness can be suggestive of tuberculosis infection in the lymph nodes of the armpit. Moreover, other lymph nodes and other organs of the body can be affected by the infection. Tubercular lympadenitis leads to painless lumps under the skin along with symptoms like prolonged fever, lethargy and weight loss.
The lump has most probably no relation with your miscarriage.
The lump in the armpit can also be due to the metastasis from the breast cancer.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon so that your proper examination can be done, appropriate investigations ( like biopsy from the mass) should be done and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

Dr Deepti Verma
