Suggest Treatment For Lower Right Quadrant Pain And Fibroid Tumor
Question: What can I do next for undiagnosed pain in the lower right quadrant. I have had two CT scans, a
P ET scan an ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound. Only thing shown was an insignificant fibroid tumor. It hurts worse at night.

The pain in lower right quadrant with a normal CT scan and ultrasound can be due to an intestine related cause. This is not likely to be due to a serious issue. Sometimes constipation, gas and indigestion can also cause such a severe pain.

What if I had a colonoscopy in 2013 and it was ok? I went to a gastroenterologist, he suspected cancer, thus I had the PET.
What if I had a colonoscopy in 2013 and it was OK. I went to a gastroenterologist, he suspected cancer and that is when I had the PET that did not reveal anything.
