Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted the additional history.
Since you have varied symptoms for such a long time and you have already been seen by many Doctors, it is time for the following:
First of all, get a clinical evaluation from another Gastroenterologist as a second opinion and insist for the investigations:
CT scan of the whole abdomen and particularly with the reference of to the sites with pain.
Tests of stool as it is orange/yellow; tests of blood and urine if not done yet.
Colonoscopy as there is diarrhea.
Upper GI Endoscopy as you have pain above belly button to the right next to the rib cage.

All these things will help to confirm or rule-out any disease and give guidelines for further management .
If a particular disease or disease is found it can be treated with proper line of management.
If all the investigations are normal, this can be treated as IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome and the other symptoms related to to stress an/or anxiety can be solved well. For example the rib cage pain can be due to costochondritis and the neck pain related to fibromyalgia - obviously after being examined by an ENT and now the Neurologist.
Medical science depends upon the facts and hence the need to have proper diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be instituted to get a possible cure and reducing the need to rush to ER and Doctors frequently.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early and proper diagnosis and proper management.
