Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Well as per your descriptions, your symptoms are typically pointing towards disc compression (when a nerve is compressed due to bulging/herniated disc in the lower back)..

First of all, please schedule an appointment with a Neurologist for a thorough clinical examination of the affected area which will give proper idea about the extent of nerve affection..this will be followed by few relevant investigations ie. Serum Vit-D3, Calcium, Vit B12 levels along with CBC and an X-ray of the Lumbosacral spine (L-S spine - AP & Lat view) and/ an MRI of the L-S spine also..

Treatment and further management will be done as per the findings..

As of now, please avoid sitting down for prolonged duration..

If your in a desk-job, try to sit with your spine straight all the time, and take frequent short breaks (5-10mins) in between and just walk around..

Avoid forward/backward bending and any kind of stretching till further evaluation..

Do not engage in to any kind of heavy weight lifting..

For symptomatic relief, you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg three times daily after food (it'll only provide temporary pain relief but further specific treatment and management will only be planned and initiated after those examinations and evaluations)..

Do keep me updated on your progress in the due course..

Any further queries are most welcome..

Take Care
Kind Regards
