Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on HealthcareMagic.
I would like to know more details about the pain like how many days back did it start?
Is it waxing and waning or constant?
How would you describe the pain dull aching or pricking?
Do you have any fever ,vomiting or diarrhoea associated with it ?
Since it is in the right lower quadrant appendicitis has to be ruled out .
Meanwhile Tab Spasmoproxyvon could be used if the pain is severe.
Hope this helps

No fever or vomiting. Feels like a pulled muscle kind of pain. Do sent hurt when I press. Only hurts at certain angle. Could it be cause of my sitting position. Stool is solid pieces but kind of fluffy like. I recently did take medication for bacteria infection

Hello again, By the description now I would definitely recommend you to get an Ultrasound scan of the abdomen done.
I strongly suspect appendicitis and it has to be ruled out .
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello again, you never mentioned about the gassy feeling and the green stools before .
Now we have to consider a possibility of allergy as the milk as triggered the pain again there could be a huge possibility of you having an allergy more than infection.
I would suggest you to go in for a skin test for protein allergy .
At present take an OTC anti histamine and pantoprazole to curb the pain and gassy feeling.
Hope this helps.
best wishes
