Question: hello sir
i have a dout actualty me and my wife try to get baby but unfortunelty doctor examine me and tell i have very low sperm count ,then i was again treated by different doctor that time no sperm is seen i am worried is i am azoospermic condition my Harmon level are good doctor suggest me test tube baby ,i want to know that is it possibel i get baby by natural way

Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns about low sperm count.

Following is my reply:

1) If sperm counts are very low, then ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) whih is a type of test tube baby treatment is the only way to get pregnancy.

2) Very low sperm count are difficult to improve.
