    Suggest treatment for low hanging testicles

Question: Hi,
I am 59 years old and still maintain good health. My concern is the low hanging testicles. It developed before 2-3 years . I feel a bit embarrassed when I take out my under garments before going to bed. How can this be managed ? I do not feel any pain or something like this.

4. Any history of trauma to scrotum .
5. Change in whole body skin elasticity like more loose since 2 - 3 years .

Dear Dr,
I am answering in seriatim as follows.

1. Not appreciable. But feels some separate thread like growth in left testicle.

2. Okay

3. A bit high BP ( 140-150/ 85-90 ) Taking Telma-40 since 1 year.

4. Nothing appreciable. Only ageing effect.

should be examined .
