Question: How would one treat low cortisol, low testosterone, and high estradiol results obtained by saliva tests for a male patient?

Good day,
Noted your concern.
The first priority would be to establish the cause of low cortisol , low testosterone as well as high estradiol levels.
This may need further blood tests and scans.
The tests include liver function tests, 8 AM cortisol, Synacthene test and an 8 AM serum cortisol, LH , fasting testosterone levels, fasting blood glucose thyroid function test, Lipid profile and Prolactin level. All of them are blood tests.

Based on this, we need to decide on some scans if levels are abnormal.

Treatment is to replace the deficient hormones by hormone pills.
