Brief Answer:
Go to emergency room

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for adking query on HCM!
I am a cardiologist and would be answering your query.

Go to the emergency room asap.
You blood pressure is too low.
Systolic(upper b.p) less then 100 mm of hg should be taken seriously.

Don't take any b.p lowering medication.
Just go to Emergency room.

Whats your Ejection fraction?

Hope you get well soon.
