I read your query very carefully.

Since you are anemic and you have low BP, than you most probably have gastrointestinal bleeding. Minimal gradual bleeding is very common in males your age and should be blamed for anemia and hypotension.

This is why I strongly recommend that you should go to ER to exclude life threatening situation including gastrointestinal bleedings.
