Brief Answer:
Need further investigations

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Your blood pressure now is normal for your age. You need further investigations to find out the cause of your complains.
If you were my patient I would perform ECG, Echocardiography and chest X rays.
If they come normal I would perform chest CT with pulmonary artery CT angiography.

Hope I could help you

Wish you a good health
