Brief Answer:
Pelvic floor disorder

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I'm sorry you are having these problems. If you are 22 yrs old and have regular periods, then it is not due to a deficiency of estrogen, which can effect postmenopausal women.

The pelvic floor is made of muscles that support the bladder, vagina, and rectum. If it weakens, the symptoms you are describing can happen. If it is mild, like your symptoms, it may be helped by Kegel exercises to strengthen the muscles. If it is severe, then other means may be needed such as surgery. But I don't think that is what you are needing.

Causes of pelvic floor disorder can be from being overweight, repetitive heavy lifting, and sometimes there can be a genetic predisposition to it (in both men and women).

So try Kegel exercises, and if that doesn't help, go in to talk with a gynecologist.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
